..................For the past
three months I have had the extreme
pleasure of learning the principals
of horsemanship, including
groundwork and riding, from Maurizio
Mesiti. As a student and an
observer, it is evident the passion
he has for the animals, his students
and the equestrian sport. Maurizio
has an outstanding work ethic, by
far exceeding most individuals.

| ........My Family and I have had the
pleasure of knowing Mr. Mesiti for three
years, during which he has provided general
horseback riding guidance for the four of
us, and, for one of my daughters, formal
riding lessons. Mr. Mesiti is very
knowledgeable in all aspects of riding
instruction and communicates his skill with
care and enthusiasm. Of great importance
from my point of view as a parent, is his
regard for safety, and I know that he
instills this concern into his instructions
to his students.
Additionally, Mr. Mesiti has a very pleasant
personality which fosters a positive and
receptive response from his students and
other less knowledgeable riders around him.
His instructional technique emphasizes
fundamentals and yet is also imaginative,
varied, and retains the interest and
attention of his students........

......Maurizio Mesiti has worked
for me approximately one year. He
has been a great asset to my riding
school at Hanover Stables. Maurizio
is a superb instructor and trainer.
His years of equine knowledge and
discipline are very apparent in his
teaching and training.
He has worked not only with my students in
clinics but has worked extensively with my
16 year old daughter and her horse. Due to
his dedication and years of equine
experience, that horse and rider are a very
accomplished team........

........Mr. mesiti is a very
knowledgeable and talented horseman. I know
him for about a year and a half, and am,
myself a professional horse trainer and
breeder.
I can say with sincerity that I consider him
above average horseman and riding master. A
no nonsense instructor, with the skill to
bring out the very best in any dedicated
student........

| Mr. Mesiti has consistently showed me
techniques in riding that no other
instructor has. He suggests solutions to
problems that work with the horse thus
allowing the horse to succeed and me to ride
with increased sensitivity, balance and easy
success.
I have learned more from Mr. Mesiti than
I can explain and am confident I will
continue to employ his teaching through my
life with horses.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr.
Mesiti for two semesters during his
employment at Kirkwood Community College as
an adjunct instructor teaching equine
horsemanship. I am pleased to say that Mr.
Mesiti is very knowledgeable in his subject
area. He is a kind and sincere individual
and an ideal coworker.
Mr. Mesiti always made an extra effort
working with the students during classes. He
often took the initiative in what he was
doing and picked up the slack when things
were going slowly. I was glad to work with
him.
